The biphasic product line "expert"


The amalian expert products are biphasic hyaluronic acid gels, based on the innovative "Core in Shell - technology" (patent pending). The core is built by highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid micro-particles. The cross-linking creates a three dimensional network, which gives the unique lifting capacity, as well as the long-lasting effect. The shell is the non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which in addition to spreading between and coating the core gel particles also functions as a facilitator to the injection. The long chains of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid molecules become entangled around the core particles and form protective layers around the surface of the core particle.
This combination of highly cross-linked and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid provides a major differentiating factor between amalian and other marketed hyaluronic acid dermal filler. The amalian expert dermal fillers are truly biphasic, consisting of soluble linear hyaluronic acid and non soluble highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid particles, creating homogeneous gels which are easy to inject and are characterized by a high water uptake and long-lasting effect.

amalian I expert premium

This biphasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel, also suited for fine to medium lines and soft wrinkles is injected into the middle layer of the skin. The almost homogeneous gel distributes easily in the tissue and creates a natural looking with satisfying results. Due the specific CIS-Technology amalian I expert premium lasts up to 12 months, but has to be injected principally in lower doses and in deeper layers of the dermis, compared to amalian I LT active to receive long lasting effects.

amalian I expert premium is suitable for injection into superficial lines, and delicate indications (like glabellas) it can be used as a touch-up option after treatment with amalian II expert effectcompared to amalian I LT active, amalian I expert premium is on principial injected in lower doses.

amalian II expert effect

This biphasic highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel for experience users is suitable for medium to deep wrinkles and folds, for acne scars and vermilion border. This gel has to be injected into the middle to deep dermis and requires less material than any other hyaluronic acid gels to achieve a long-lasting effect which lasts up to 12 months. This high effectiveness of amalian II expert effect is due to the specific CIS-Technology which creates an almost homogeneous gel, which is characterized by a high water uptake in the tissue where the degradation of the cross-linked hyaluronic particles are secured by the chains of the linear hyaluronic acid.To avoid swelling, undercorrection is recommended followed by a touch-up after 2 weeks with amalian II expert effect or with amalian II LT intense.

It’s important to know that...
it is recommended to use amalian II expert effect for lines of grade II and III you should inject the product sparingly, and prefer a touch-up session instead of a one-time procedure

amalian II expert effect is contraindicated in glabellas

it is not recommended to use amalian II expert effect for lip augmentation

slow and controlled deep injection reduces the risk of delayed swelling at 24 hours after the injection

when injecting in the nasal bridge the product shall be injected as deeply as possible but above the muscle and nose bone. Droplet injection technique may be used

amalian III expert volume

Highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel for strong volume augmentation

This product of the amalian hyaluronic acid system, a cross-linked, biphasic gel, causes the strongest viscoaugmentation and lasts for up to 12 months. This gel can be used for medium to very deep wrinkles and folds as well as in cases of lip dystrophy or for „liquid lifting“. amalian III expert volume is applicated into deep dermis and shall used like the other "expert"-line products in smaller quantities.

amalian lips expert

Highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel for lip augmentation.
amalian expert lips is a special product for strong lip augmentation. amalian expert lips should applicated very economically with a minimum of punctures. A follow up treatment is advisable. Patients should be informed that lip augmentation with amalian expert lips may cause swellings which can last for 3-4 days. For fine to medium lip augmentation amalian I LT active or amalian II LT intense should be used. As all the other "expert line" amalian gels amalian expert lips shows a very high effectiveness and last for up to 12 months.

It’s important to know that...
  • it is recommended to inject lips in two sessions: first enhancement of the lip volume,
       and in a touch-up session the vermilion border
  • it is recommended not to exceed a total of 1ml a session for upper and lower lip together
  • you should use as few needle insertion points as possible to prevent bleeding and erythematic
  • 27G needles are supplied with the package but, if preferred, a 30G needle may be used
